Olfa Rotary Cutter

This cutter is great for small-scale projects, miniatures and tight corners. Features a blade safety cover and handle designed to reduce hand fatique. The cutter is a rolling razor blade used to cut shapes, strips and pieces for sewing, quilting and craft projects. Accommodates both right and left handed users. Uses replacement blades RB28-2, RB28-5 and RB28-10.
