This hand crafted floor stand is solid oak with steel inserts, hardwood/phenolic knobs and hand-rubbed oil finish.

Our full sized cross stitch stand is based on the same design as our compact Stitch-it Cricket floor stand but taller and heavier so holds larger scroll frames. Very sturdy and has all the same great features like the built on pattern holder and universal scroll frame clamp. Cross stitch at the table, couch, favorite chair or most beds. Assembles or disassembles quickly without tools.

The Mantis adjusts from 25" to 37 1/2" high and holds most scroll frames up to 12" x 22" (scroll frame is not included). The scroll frame in the pictures shown below has 10" sidebars w/14" dowels. Frame holder swivels for left or right handed use or out of your way without having to move the stand. You can also flip your project over to stitch on the backside. 

The pattern/floss holder is positioned next to your project for comfortable viewing and adjusts with your project. Legs rotate to get around nearly any obstacle and will slide under most couches.
